This pasty was not what I ordered. I ordered chicken and bacon, when they arrived they did not have the indentifing mark on the top of the chicken and bacon pasty but of the pork and apple pasty, which I would not have ordered. 2 E-mails were sent to the address on the card, no reply to either.
I cooked a pasty and it appears to be chicken and leek which was nice , however if a substitute is going to be sent in place of an out of stock pasty an E -mail would be better customer service as not every flavour of pasty is one that would be ordered.

Took a day to arrive after being sent. Arrived in a polystyrene box with fully frozen pasties. They even looked great when uncooked. Followed the cooking instructions which were perfect. A yummy classic- thank you, we will be back!

Only have 4 left and will definitely be ordering more . This order was the chicken and bacon . I only have a small freezer so can’t order in large quantities . Mixed boxes would be a nice option ..

Very Filling, and Very, Very Tasty. Ordered 4 different batches and flavours, came very quickly, packed well and with simple instructions to cook, can't fault the service, the pasties or the taste, shared the consignment with my family, who also enjoyed them, they may even order their own, will definitely recommend them and will definitely try other varieties, until I'm back on a Cornish beach ⛱

I'd had emails about the Christmas pasties for a while and was tempted to buy them but knew I didn't have room in the freezer. Then I saw a new one for chicken and bacon ones and I ordered them. Arrived exactly when they were due, packed well and no damage. Had two on the weekend and they are fantastic. Will be ordering again. Well impressed with whole operation. I ordered 8 Chicken & Bacon and 8 Medium Traditional Cornish Pasties on Sunday. On Tuesday I received an e-mail apologising for delay in delivery due to courier limiting their capacity for pickups. Package was delivered on Friday. On opening the package I found the pasties to be in perfect condition and fully frozen. Following the cooking instructions given, I have tasted one of each type of pasty. They are beautiful. The traditional pasty (with plenty filling and well seasoned) especially brings back memories of many years’ holidays spent in Cornwall. Thank you. Although I am spreading out the bounty, I will definitely be ordering again.
